Jennifer Revson

Growing up with two budding race car drivers in the family, it’s no wonder Jennifer Starr Revson, youngest sister of Peter and Doug, fell head over heels for speed. Every time she rode in car with them, whether to school or on an errand, be it on a country road, or a crowded parkway, it became a spine-tingling experience to look forward to.

At seven years old she was elected their official timer, and would enthusiastically clock the boys racing over their long gravel driveway, drifting into turns around the old stone walls, chasing after their dreams. Bitten by their infectious adrenaline rush, “The Littlest Revvie” received her own car, a turquoise Thunderbird Junior, at eight.

Although never a professional race car driver, Jennifer earned her SCCA and NHRA licenses for the fun of it. The latter being the most thrilling, in a Super Comp dragster at the Frank Hawley school in Pomona. Jennifer keeps connected to motorsports, by serving as a trustee for The Motorsports Hall Of Fame Of America, located in Novi, Michigan. This prestigious organization honors champions on land, sea, and in the air, and in 1996 inducted Peter into their sports car category, with Jennifer receiving the bronze Heroes Of Horsepower statuette, on his behalf. She also attends current and vintage racing events throughout the year, including The Indianapolis-500, Watkins Glen Vintage Grand Prix, Sebring 12-hour, Lime Rock Vintage Festival, Road America International Challenge, and Trans-Am, Can-Am, and Formula 5000 anniversary milestones.

Another great passion for Jennifer is writing. Blessed with a creative wit and a keen sense of the absurd, she chronicles her racing travel adventures with behind the scene anecdotes. Currently, she’s developing her trademarked Speed With Style line, and plans to pen the definitive Revson book in the future.
